Every April Fools Day, San Francisco have The Stupid Parade, when for a day stupid people can do, be, dress, and act stupid. Stupid rules on this day.
And of course there were naked people at the Stupid Parade. Creepy, stupid naked men who seem like they were unaware that there were kids at this parade. Only in San Francisco.
