Brazil Flower Show

A Brazilian Flower Show going on 35 street. A giant tent that's filled with beautiful flowers and decoys
to make it look like a Brazilian rainforest. One of these days when I have a better paying job, I'm going to venture out to RIO and take better/real shots of Brazil in all it's glory. Until then I'll settle for a fake rainforest in a giant white tent. For now.

Occupy Union Square - Hippie Square

Occupy Wall Street is a huge contridiction although alot of things doesn't make sense.
This isn't going to last, it's going to be another Zuccotti Park, without the tents but ten times more cops and sanitation trucks. I can't make of the whole Rhah, Rhah that everybody at the park is creating however I find the "fight" intriuging.

I mean there are times when I'm sitting on the steps talking to the Occupiers about whatever.

I forgot one

Going Green - St. Patty's Day

Brooklyn Mural

This was a great mural that I found in Brooklyn. I love Brooklyn to the fullest although the yuppies are going to take it over and turn it into another Manhattan. Blah. Brooklyn is full of rich heritage, beautiful murals and complicated people. This is where I was born and I'm proud to be born here. Williamsburg is my favorite stop because of the Mall, the skyline of Manhattan and Hipsters. There are more about Brooklyn that I'm going to mention but not right now. Later.

OWS now occupies Union Square

Saturday Night Union Square went went through a major transformation. From everyday normalcy to Hippie park by day and cop land by 12am. Another Zuccotti Park but without the tarp and tents.

Next - Brooklyn Botanical Garden

Next week I am going to post some pics of the Brooklyn Botanical Garden. For now this picture of a map will make everything else look pretty. Blah, blah, blah. Until then, enjoy the map.

Free Tibet - WHY?

Whatever why - this was a good damn shot.
Free Tibet - UNION SQUARE. I took this while hurrying to work.

New York skyline

I had this picture in my cell phone for months.

Zuccotti Park today - 2012

What it's like now. I'm done with Occupy Wall Street and the whole blah, blah, blah. Although when I was downtown the other day I couldn't help taking pictures of what is now Zuccotti park. Sure there's protesters and the usual protesters, also there are people walking about, sanitation workers, cops patrolling the area, barricades and a line of police cars parked in the main parking lot outside the park, with a police bus to keep in handy. Yup. Just a typical day in New York City.

Who says racism is dead

Some things will never change.

Dad in his underwear

I can't help it. Beckham is georgious although I had to think of something. If I found my dad's picture pasted on a building in the middle of New York it would trip me the fuck out. Disturbing.

Dumpsteraunts

Only in New York can you find buisness owned resturaunts/kiosks in to weird, but cute Dumpsters. I mean getting your coffee and dumplings out of edible dumpsters. Anything is possible in The City.

Welcome to Grub

Welcome to Grub.

Weird food, cool people and music all in one tiny loft.
Where Hipsters and Occupy Wall Street inhabitants come together and eat Vegan food.
Grub meets every other Sunday, on Lawrence Street in Brooklyn. You really don't have to like Vegan food but it's a great place to meet and talk to really cool hipsters.

My Funny Blue Valentine

My date for the evening was a giant blue chocolate bud. And he's my favorite color - blue.

Lets go Giants

There's more pics on my camera but I had to get the ones that expresses the Giants win. And these are the only ones I can think of. That day that the Giants won against the Patriots was the day New York showed that it can kick major ass. Go Giants.

Watching dragons in Little China 2012

I was going to a swap meet at a school in China Town and there was a parade of dragons dancing in the street going to and from store to store. So what the hell. I grabbed my camera phone and started taking pictures. It was fun. I never knew China Town can come alive like that. Cool.
